would mirrors work??

I prefer flat white paint but have friends who buy up mylar Christmas wrap at this time of year. never use mirrors.

wow Mylar christmas wrap? I guess im the only person who just doesn't know what mylar is?

If Dutch Pimp is correct about mylar reflecting heat then maybe it wont be a good idea for me to use mylar. I kinda need some of the heat from the lamps to keep my temps up I think. I'm in the process of making a grow box with 8 26 watt cfl am thinkin if heat will be an issue?

I use a 200w fluoro with mylar, about the same wattage as your setup but one bulb instead of 8. It raises the temps about 25 degrees in there without ventilation. As long as you get a good fan and venting setup you should be good to go.

Never seen mylar x-mas wrap but the stuff I got from the hydro store feels just like it so I can see it possibly being sold as that.

REALYY!!?? I did not think that those 8 bulbs would produce that much heat. Each bulb is rated at 1600 lumens and the dimension of the box is 18x16.I was thinkin bout starting with 6 small pots in these dimensions and then divide the six in three and place in seperate boxes?

Any sugguestions?!
