A grower told me once he got a better yield by keeping the photoperiod during the day, because the plants could tell that the sun was in the wrong place for there to be all that light. Something about them sensing the gravitational change. I thought he was full of crap, and have no choice anyway because of the heat issues in summer, but thought I'd throw it out there.

I've had my 12/12 "on" from 10pm to 10am, with the thought to: 1) use their heat in the coldest times 2) use less $$ on electric Now, perhaps because I've added some lights/fans/ # of girlz I'm getting paranoid of thermal imaging helicopters and had read other say to do the "on" durring the day.
