Legalization Bill Coming Soon
I follow what your saying completely, and yes I read the bill. Did you read the treaty I am talking about? or know where it is located? or any of the court cases they have used to interpret the treaty?
If you have or did, you would clearly see the states are in no legal right or even have any standing to fight it. You will see 10 yrs from now, them still legally fighting it out in court, while we the people sit without any pot available to the public.
The federal government MUST change the treaty, so cannabis is non-scheduled or rescheduled to a level 4-5. That's the only way we will be torture free from any executive branch taking it upon themselves to touch the citizens of and in the united states. Look at all the other countries whom are now cracking down on how freely they used to be with cannabis use.
The place to read some history of what I am talking about for a start is here: Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Then here: Treaties
It's all about understand what these people are really talking about, rather than believing their horeshit double talk they feed we the people, all the time they put a strangle hold on us.....
