For growing 1 plant, the 250w should work fine. I'd be tempted though to swing the couple extra bucks for the 600w, in case you decide later to grow a few more.

Looks good for just 1 plant BUT if the dif in price between the 250 and 400 is'nt that much definatly go 400. I have been growing outdoors for 10 yrs and this year is my first indoor and I am running 2-400wt for 25-30 plants and I wish I had got 600's. The more the wattage the bigger and better your plant will be and if u ever decide to add a couple the light can handle it. Good Luck!!!

thanks again for the info, i might go for the 400 but as i only want to go 1plant at a time, finkin of the elec, as its only 1 plant for now. i'll let me gdad start off with the 250watt and if its taking along time to grow i'll upgrade to 400 and use the 250 at my house.
    thanks again guys.

I'd put both comp fans on the exhaust, then cut intake holes for a passive intake...

    +1
Forget the intake fans. They are doing little. Move em to the exhaust and get some air sucking through that thing.
Think of your buds like chocolate chip cookies: some people like em crunchy and some people like em chewy. Personally, I want them tanned golden brown but not crispy....and no one likes cold raw dough in the middle of their cookie.
