Seams like BS to me. Colorado State Patrol doesn't investigate drug cases. They do traffic violations - thats all.

Why didn't they bust you right there for having 6 plants in veg state? Technically you are only allowed 3 vegging.

I was thinking about this too. Since I'm about to convert a single room to grow in (I won't have two rooms, one vegging while the other is flowering). This means ALL my plants will be either in Veg or in flower. So with 4 caree's I can have 12 plants in Veg and 12 in flower. I think this is OK. However what if I just flowered ALL 24? THEN I might get busted? Even though I (at the time) have NONE in Veg?

I also just read about SOG. Sounds cool. However the thread I read about it in, had a guy going staight to flower when the clones were stable. This gave him/her 5 plants ready to harvest EVERY week after 9 weeks. So, after full set up he was flowering 81, 5-7 inch plants(5-7 inches when done that is).

So with 4 caree's I can LEGALLY have 12 plants. They can VEG as long as I want to Veg them. I could grow bushes 3 feet around and four feet tall before I flower 7 foot cealing). Thus producing a room 6 feet by 10 feet and just PACKED with bud sites and still be legal. This COULD produce somewhere around 6lbs all at once of done right (maybe more?).

Yet back on the SOG method, producing a few grams a week. THIS is unacceptable under current laws and could get you a prison sentence. Treating this guy like he's some kind of MASS producer with his amazing 81+ plant count.

I'd have to guess that this part of our law isn't or wasn't well thought out before they wrote it in. I understand the desire to try and regulate how much is being grown. I just don't know why they NEED it in there. I just understand they have a desire to have it there. Issue is they don't even understand all the methods people could use to supply themselves if this didn't exist. Patients who don't have the space to grow 3 big bushes might opt for a cabinet grow and 12 tiny plants instead. Under current law this patient is a drug lord and deserves his punishment! To me that is a lousy law!

I'd guess the reason they didn't bust him for 6 plants in VEG is because a judge would look at the pics of the tiny things and throw it out of court. The cop knows this and thus ignores it. Question would be the OTHER end. If he showed up at your house and you have 6 plants in flower!

6 plants is the legal limit. Of those six, no more than 3 can be 'mature'.

6 clones is not illegal.

4 plants a week from harvest COULD be illegal.

I do not believe a precedent has been set yet regarding further defining 'mature'.

So the way I read that:
You can have up to 6 plants - but you cannot have more than 3 that are mature and usable for medical purposes.

now you got it,u can have 6 plants total you can veg all 6 for as long as you want.you can make bushes and produce a lb each if ya wanted.the trick would be that you could only clip off your 2 legal oz's at a time notice it says 2 useable oz's so as long as you leave the rest on the plant your good to go.thing is with bushes it takes along veg time to get and that compared to running a reg cycle of smaller plants pretty much = the same amount in the end when you look at the time lines.either way is great tho

If it's on the plant and still growing or wet and uncured - then it's not "usable"

I could have 8 pounds of it on the plant, but as long as I only have 2oz dried and ready to use - I'm complying with the law..............

lmao, they have been that way since they joined up.as u can see if someone does'nt agree with them they go ape shit.no sweat off my sac tho.i even offered them a big stack of money.but in order to get it they had to meet me in person.thats when 1 of them said i was having sex with my dad roflmao.all i do is shoot str8 i have no reason to lie at all im just trying to give a heads up to people and cut through the bs.some don't like it oh well.
