I was reading the new proposal and it says that basically only licensed dispensaries can sell marijuana after March 1, 2010. So I'm wondering how these dispensaries are supposed to get their meds? It would appear that the only legal place for them to get herb would be from their own grow operations OR from other licensed dispensaries.

That sucks because I was hoping to sell my excess to dispensaries after a harvest!
