Dual Arc Lamps
I too am interested in these.
What I've found is that although these do put out the RED and BLUE in far better PAR then either MH or HPS can do alone, thus being in many ways far better. I found some people saying the bulb only runs on 240v. I found the same being said about the Hortilux BLUE on a few posts.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find ANY actual site that supports this. Only peoples posts on various forums.
I also notice these bulbs have a VERY short life span, something like 6000 hours.
Beyond that I'm to much a noob to help much.
