they are on 12/12 with fan on all time.
pot size change when?
soil mix?
and what better economic lights? cant afford hps light right now,
mist them or the top soil with a bottle water spray filtered water.

they look good.. what strain are they?... as for lights keep those tubes and pick up some 100w equvilant CFLs they are like $8 for a 4 pack at Lowes and you can pick up a 3 bulb fixture for around $10 at Wal-Mart that will generate about 4600lumens... thats pretty good for the price... think about an HPS tho you can get a 400w from High Tech Garden Supply for like $140 shipped...
