Who's to say you are not running a space heater or 2 in the cooler months of course. a space heater is around 700 - 1500 Watts a peace. Their are to many reasons why you could be using Moore power than your nabers. Like having a new baby or a friend or family member moved in or anything. They cant just assume you are using the electricity for illegal activity unless you are using so much that you can power your nabers house to.
