Who are the most "reliable" doctors in WA?
Please keep in mind that to get a authorization from a doc in the box, All treatments and meds must have failed. Some people just don't understand that part of the laws requirements. And the clinic owner/operators that sell you the service(s) don't care because they are not liable for this, THE PATIENT IS !!!( I just spoke to the DOH MQAC about this very issue today. This is a huge issue)
Don't get caught with your pants down around your ankles. I have a court case on going(since 2007) in Grays Harbor which the state is going too this part of the law in my case, of course they will fail because of the celiac issue mentioned above. THE MEDS AND 20+ yrs of TREATMENTS HAVE FAILED, cali. records do work, just not for a doc in the box. Because they are just EVALUATIONS, not DIAGNOSIS per the plain lingo of the statute.
Notice how our courts and prosecutions have not reached this pat of the statutes yet. They started with other parts, like out-of-state dr.'s are a no go. Now they are working on denying a defense to patients before the court of appeals and the supreme ct. Next is the meds and treatment failures, then the search warrant and forfeiture of any property. And so on.
I do know UDUB has a gasto-G.I. dept. ran by Dr. Carter, that may be an option. The important thing is get the diagnosis authorization signed, because the I am treating this patient authorizations are a joke, because this document opens a door of liability upon the patient. Where as the other does not.
Good luckjamessr Reviewed by jamessr on . Who are the most "reliable" doctors in WA? I have recently moved to WA and plan on getting back to using MMJ. Before I was covered for my mental illness, but recently have learned and overcome some physical illness. I am looking for a physician that is reliable since I can't really find anything solid online. Also I was wondering if indeed GERD and re-occuring ulcers (which result in nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss, etc) count as a qualified condition at the moment here in Washington. Or if my history of the same symptoms but Rating: 5
