Are you a beer or a liquor person?

If I was in the US of A, I'd stick to the spirits, as, to quote Monty Python:
American beer is a bit like having sex in a canoe......Its fucking close to water.

I actually prefer cider (which is alcoholic in the UK), preferably locally made cloudy stuff that'll give you piles, otherwise, Morgans Spiced rum & coke

Sometimes i just want to chill out after classes are done and drink a newcastle or maybe I'll feel like getting crazy and down some jim beam.... who knows.
