Each strain is going to like a certain blend of nutrients in a way that is totally unique to its genetics.

Keep your humidity dialed in, and your temperatures controlled also. Humidity affects Cannabis flowering in very strange ways. Stunting flower production occurred in my first grow with humidity levels around 70 percent. I found the sweet spot to be around 45-50 with lights on, and 60-65 lights off.

Nitrozyme is the shizzle during veg! Once a week, I applied a half strength shot of Nitrozyme, it really boosts a plants veg production based on what phase of vegging its in...ie tilling stage, stalk growth, root growth, etc. When they were clones I applied the Nitrozyme as a tank feed for their first and second watering, then it was foliar from then on.

    Any specific questions?
Thanks and for 2nd grow guy you know your stuff. Sorry for this dumb question but what is EC and PPM mean? What's the best way to find out info on what your strain likes or does not like? I buy my seeds from Attitude so specs on my seeds are hard to get.

I feel good on my light setup (LED's) and temp/hum control (good grow tent) but really need to figure out this fert thing. I am a soil guy and used MG soil and burnt the shit out of them early. I have 4 different strains going for my first grow.

My next grow will be soil again but going to grow "auto flower" using all Lowlife AK 47's seeds. Not sure if I should go with MG organic soil again or just plain organic soil?

Ditch the MG soil I say. Go with a real basic soil, one that is organic, clean, and full of good natural sources of n-p-k. Then you can add your fertilizers to boost the soil. Soil that is already full of a ton of nutrients is going to be hard to add fert to.

I have lagged in getting them up, but here are some updates...First ones are Blue Dream, harvesting next Thursday.

Second set is Chemdog IV, still quite a few weeks to go with those girls.

Very nice my man:thumbsup:, lets say i had already burned em up by using the soil with all the nutes added. But now have recovered. One bag was to feed 3 months and the other 9. Now at 48 days, still in veg and have worked themselves out of shock. Should i give them any nutes at all. Im broke and it was my only way to grow w/o the expense of buying nutes. Of course i dint want this method, but if i wanted a grow thats what i had to do. I have a log in here with pics and from just yesterday 2 of them grew 6 inches! the others only 2. They are Edna and a mix pack seeds so either Skunk #1 or Haze #5 or a cross of the two. They were a gift from an experienced grower. I planned to grow them out without any nutes because iv seen people add them to soil like mine and burned them to no recover, but i made it past the issues i believe. Im using cfls, so not the best light but has been doing the trick. My question is, should i add anything but the malasiss im planning on using soon?

Temps 70 and humidity at 48.

Its a first time grow inside and im asking because iv never seen a 2nd time grower with the success that you are having. Wow, very awesome plants, i would like your advise. Thanks for your pics:thumbsup:

If your girls are looking healthy, and everything is going well, then keep doing what you are doing. That has been my philosophy with plant care in general.

When are you planning on going into flowering? That may change everything. Cannabis becomes a much different plant when it's hormones change.
