Im pretty sure that LSD cant be smoked. I think the heat from combustion would kill the active ingredient. Now PCP on the other hand is a different story. Ive been smoking along time 15+ yrs and have never seen PCP laced weed even though I have heard of it. And Ive know some pretty shadey people in the past I just have a hard time believing people are out on the street lacing weed to sell it the unsuspecting customer...but ya never know..Ive been wrong before about such things
