I really don't know the laws for Ohio, but I know the ones in Texas. I'm originally from Montana, living in Texas for school. If I got a medical-use card from there and brought it back, Texas law would say "go fuck a goat, that doesn't mean shit." I know Texas is a hard-ass on everything, so I don't know how much of this pertains to Ohio. I hope it helps though.

Is there any way for me to see a doctor in Michigan, obtain a license, and be able to legally purchase marijuana in Michigan? Do you have to be a citizen in that state for a specific amount of time? And if I were to smoke the pot in Ohio, would my card mean nothing since Ohio doesn't allow the use of med mj? I'm not just a pot head.. I have very bad depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
