If you continue to smoke try to limit yourself to indica strains, they are more relaxing and can have a narcotic effect to reduce anxiety. You may also want to limit your smoking to places that are conducive to good vibes. Setting has a great deal to do with what goes on in your head. Let cannabis be something that enhances your life not detracts from it. Only you can be the judge. All things in moderation if the key to life.:smokin:
