Wanted to bump this so it doesn't get lost. Another great and simple tool is the Windows Powertoys image resizing tool, it gets added to your right-click menu(like the prish resizer) and its that easy. I'm pretty sure the versions available in the link work for any windows OS, but I'm not 100% on that. Also it is FREE.

The first and probably the simplest, is by having 20 posts on the forums. Once it says Registered+ under your name, you can post pics! To do this you go to the advanced reply screen, and under the text box, there is a button that says "Manage Attachments". Click this and you can select up to 5 photos to add to your post. These pictures will be uploaded directly Rating: 5
