dude beleive me I know about growin on a budget just use clear lights 100's if you can get em in some shop hoods (its what ive done with good results)

the watering is good wait until the soil is needin the water make the plants hungry so they eat it up quick and shoot up

leave the fans on 24/7! got vents? or no need to worry about smell?
uhm the pots..how big are you gonna grow em man? ive grown em in stuff as small as those two litre bottles and they came out just fine but I only let em go a week after rooting before I put them on their 12's

just use your judgement if you think a 1gal pot is too small for the height you wish to obtain you are probably right bro the plants will strangle themselves if the pot is too small ive seen a lot of people on here goin ape and trying nutes etc etc when all it was in the end...is that the pot was too small:stoned:
