O.D.B- I didn't think to look on the medical board, thanx. About the exercise thing, I used to do weight training a few years ago before I started drinking and shit and it does make you feel good in yourself. It feels good to know that you're fit and strong. I think I'll try and get back into it.

What I don't understand is I can feel absolutely fine one minute, then all of a sudden I'll feel like shit. I don't know what sets it off. Nothing bad has happened to me, I have no problems at home, I have no reason to feel like this.
I'll go see the Doc again and try and get something for the shaking and nervousness. I really want to get this sorted out, I feel bad for my family having to put up with my bullshit.
