HOW MUCH THC????
well reading and learning about eating and growing,,but a serious question,,in4 differnet books and 3 youtube videos.s KNOWONE is the same, to make canna butter simmer 1hr.simmer 4 hours simmer 24hours bake before you make butter other use green weed to make butter,,so my question is does anyone really know how much THC is extracted, meaning if 1 hour gives you 80% extraction and 24 hours gives you 95% and 4 hours gives you 90, then why cook for 24 hours all that wasted time and energy for 5%,so has anyone every really tested to find out how much is extracted in various times, most beneficial, also can you over saturate your butter again meaning..say if you use 2oz in 1lb of butter but you get the same effect with 1oz because the butter is full,, kind of like water and sugar when you add a cup water 1 cup sugar it all dissloves if you ad 2 cups of sugar then there is sugar on the bottom of the glass because the waters is saturated and cant hold and more sugar so your wasting it,, can this happen to weed in butter can the butter become over saturated and the butter will never get stronger and your just wasting your weed,

No idea honestly, but it is a good question to ask. Ive never thought about it.
Gonna keep an eye on this one. If for no other reason than it will satisfy my curiosity. I dont make butter keeping in mind the ammount cause its usually sugar leaf and I dont care about it anyways. :hippy:

HOW MUCH THC????
This is why I prefer the oil method because you use ALL the MJ. You just dry it, grind it to a powder in a coffee grinder. I use about 8 grams per recipe. I pour the 1/3 cup of canola oil in a small pan, add the MJ and let it simmer on low for about 15 minutes and then add to the recipe. It only takes a couple extra minutes than just making straight brownies. Always has the desired effects.
