If you are on public sewer and what you flush backs up .They will know plants were grown in the building meaning suprise inspections.

By waste I mean ,plant stalks,fan leaves,used soil etc. I live in apartment and throwing that stuff in the trash is just moronic.Ive thought about burning it all but that would also be to obvious to nieghbors. We have a compost site in the city here but Im guessing that would be just as high ass as throwing it in the garbage. Any ideas let me know I need to dispose of this stuff asap...
