    Waste ???

Put it all in a plastic bag(s) and take it somewhere remote and dump it. Like a forest or wasteland or something, make sure nobody is looking, do it at night. As long as it's well away from your building.

    Waste ???

I know this guy who grows and harvests 40 foot plants every year and he buys little brown paper bags and stuffs all the waste in these and goes driving around at night and throws them in drainage ditches when nobodys looking but I know other grower that take the waste and mix it with soil, rotten fruits, vegi's and some mulch and make a compost pile in a wooden box for organic fertalizer for the next grow. But if you dont want to make a compost pile then take GTC21's advice and just dump them in a remote area or lowrider's advice and make some hash. Peace
