As for an actual "card". I assume it's in the mail. Assuming the state is even dealing with it yet. lol

I originally didn't shop at Wallmart because there wasn't one around where I lived. However I watched the strip mall at 72nd and Sheridan get stolen by Walmart "legally". They (from what I've gathered) offered the city of Westminster an increased tax payment AND agreed to re-build Sheridan for the area in front of the store. There were protestors including the strip mall owner out there every day while this was in court. The city condemed the strip mall and essentially gave it to Walmart.

My current boss was contracted to build and sell them 10000 automotive black lights to suction cup to your window. It came with a number of little black light "posters" you could put in the window of the car, or make your own. He invested nearly everything he had into this production. Walmart decided the day before the shipment to cancel the entire order. Almost put my company out of buisness and nearly bankrupted my boss.

We still have over 6000 of these things in the warehouse.

I've only been to Walmart twice. First was a family member gave me a gift certificate. Second was to buy an AIRHOGS helicopter no one else had in stock(I returned it the next day).

BTW: I bought food with the gift cert. and noticed that nearly everything I bought cost MORE then at King Soopers. Thus NOT a deal at all.
Sounds like your boss made a bad business decision. Walmart, like all businesses, is in business to make money. Everybody needs to quit whining just because they are really good at it. I like getting my shit cheap. Walmart rocks.
