You obviously have no medical training, and have just seen E.R. too many times. No one knew what was causing the obstruction until the EMTs arrived and assessed him.

When the EMTs arrived, he had been without oxygen for at least 5 minutes, and probably had no vitals. This means he was not even attempting to breathe. Your recommendation at that point is a tracheotomy? Pointless. How about we try shocking his heart and removing the obstruction instead of useless things we've seen on TV?

THE ALL CAPS IN YOUR POST WAS VERY CONVINCING OF YOUR EXPERTISE, as was your understanding of basic emergency medical care like "Tranche tubes," but I fail to see the point in your post. Blame everyone else, right?
