What happened to the thread with the appeal cases? It seems all convictions were overturned except those who had out of state mmj authorizations from Oregon and California. Which raises the question, Why aren't one state's mmj authorizations not legal in another mmj state? I know from reading what I was able, the courts seem sympathetic to those with non-Washington authorizations. But found them guilty because the mmj law doesn't recognize out of state authorizations.
