is Panda film light proof?

I had the idea for a cabinet to basically make a "bag" inside the cabinet. it would simply line the walls and be completely sealed (like one continuous piece) with a zipper door in the front. I guess like a tent within the actual cabinet. Question is, if the film is sealed is it thick enough to be lightproof? If not is there anything that is? thanks.

yes it is but there are different mL thicker the better get the 5.5 ml and you would be good cause thats the one i use and its great

6mm "panda film" is pretty inexpensive on eeb ay.

white on one side, black on the other.

NO light will get through it, unless a seam where it overlapped isnt taped shut.

unless you have help, the 5 foot wide roll is easiest to handle (versus 10 foot wide.

if used on the floor also, and all seams secured, it can turn any area into a "tent".

filter the intake, and never enter area without being perfectly clean, and use "area only" clothing and footwear to keep out the borg (spidermite).

treat it like a laboratory. get a white lab suit for entering your area.

Here is a shot of a 10'x12.5' pandafilm sheet draped over the wooden skeleton of a grow tent in progress. This was 6mm thick, purchased from eBay (HTG) and it is totally opaque.
