well I've been seeing a psychologit and psychiatrit for for about 5 months now. I made an appointment to meet with my lawyer tomorrow to see if I'll even be drug tested. I want to smoke soo bad right now ha. It's been almost a week and I'm stressed the fuck out.

You said working out is bad? What about going to the sauna for 30 minutes every morning.. would this do anything?

And also, I bought a bottle of Niacin vitamin B because I heard it helps so I've been taking it as well.

I'm almost to the point where I say fuck it, and if I fail I fail. I just don't want jail time.
