Wasting bandwidth? I have never considered legal case law information a waste but, just the opposite, very informing to those less fortunate than you. I imagine your fully loaded with legal knowledge, or your a stoner whom has nothing better to do than gripe.

This is so MMJ patients can be more adapted to what reality is as they smoke away their conditions/ symptoms. And this is the legal page, not the chat line.
