testing for dilution

just took a UA test, wondering how diluted is too diluted. My piss was so clear i wouldn't have minded drinking it. I triple dosed b12, took 6 asprin and ate a burger 3 hrs before the test. drank about 48oz of water and 32 of gatorade what are the dilution tests like, how likely is it i failed? what are the major factors effecting this? I'm 24, 6'3, 160, thin and lazy. the test was sent out with escreen. Thanks and awesome site

Sounds like too much fluid. The general rule is 48 ounces of fluid every 3 hours. Any more than that and you definitely risk being too dilluted. Even less than that on some people.

hey thanks for the reply, yea I knew it was a bit much when my test looked like a cup of water. maybe i'll get a lazy tech who will just dip and go...not my luck. I'll post when i get result. thanks all
