I took a home drug test. On the test was a VERY dim line. Does this mean that I have minimal amounts of weed in my system?

Nope. Even synthetic urine controls can produce faint lines on an assay. A faint line is still a negative.

Does cranberry juice or Niacin work?

Niacin is a myth. It does nothing to pass a U/A. Cranberry juice only temporarily dilutes the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder. This can be accomplished by drinking water or any liquid for that matter.
