First grow (6 days later)

im wondering if it is growing at the right pace
i added more lights and the fan has helped the stem
is it ok for a plant to grow slow?
oh and the two leaves that came up when it sprouted are turning yellow and brown at the ends is this normal?

Looks like mold or these small mite like bugs that puts a web like that across the soil, iv seen it before. What are you using for soil? Ya got something going on, but they are young you can save em i think.:rasta:

Maybe get them in better soil and dont over water, like me
