last two weeks of bloom
Okay, i just finished my 6th week of flowering, i have a strain catalog and it says my ladies flower in 8 weeks. this is my second go at this and im still a bit unsure of a few things. based on the pictures attached do i really have two weeks left? if so, when do i start my ripening phase? when do i start flushing? im using the full gh line of nutes and im in agressive grow right now. i know im supposed to be looking for trichromes and hairs to turn, but it seems like the hairs are turning pretty quickly and i dont know if they can another 2 weeks. i looked at the trichromes and they are mostly clear with a handfull of cloudy trichs. about 80/20. can someone aid me in the procedures for the next two weeks? i had a bad first run and im determined to make up for it. please help. by the way the pictures depict 2 different strains, which are all 8 bloomers. pic1-green cush, pic2-querkle, pic3-querkle, pic4-sour grapes, pic5-sour grapes.

Nice.
Forget about the hairs. They're only white for a matter of days under most circumstances. Heat and age turn them red/brown. Has nothing to do with the "ripeness" of your plants.
Trichomes, that's different. Depending on the type of lighting, you'll probably want some ambers trichs before you harvest (unless you're under LEDs, then they just get cloudy, mostly...). You are looking at them under ~30x magnification, right? Ya can't (well, I can't) see this with the nekkid eye.
Those buds are beautiful, though. Even if you had to harvest right now, I'd say you could call this grow a success. :greenthumb:

yeah im using a 30x scope, pretty damn hard to keep it steady to focus though, but it serves its purpose. Now when i start seeing some amber trichs and im ready to harvest, do i then start my flush? im using a flushing product so it would only be a 5 day flush or so.
thanks for ya input:thumbsup:
