I second that. Quality glass pieces are hand made so every one is different. You really need to see the piece in person to determine how the quality is. Plus there may have been something special done to the glass that isn't really apparent in the photo. Also, it is important to see truly how large or small a pipe is (you don't want to burn yourself because it's smaller than you thought).
Go to a head shop and spend the couple extra dollars on tax and you will be very happy with your purchase.
