Moving to colorado. Have a couple questions
You do not need to wait the 12-15 weeks the state is taking, just keep copies of all your paperwork, and when you mail it to the CDPHE send it certified mail return receipt requested, then keep it all together with the proof of mailing, and until you get the actual license, that packet serves as such. The law actually says the copies and return receipt are sufficient. The instructions do specify a photo ID, and I don't think the temp licenses have photos, so you might be SOL there.

I've read alot about the requirements for a card, and as far as qualifying conditions I think I should be qualified. But what I'm not really sure about is the id and proof of residence requirement. I searched on here a little but I'd like to know for sure. Do I have to wait until I get my actual photo drivers license? or can I use the temorary one I'll be getting? And do I understand correctly that once I have the recomendation and the paper work sent Rating: 5
