Two 1000w Lights in a 12x12 room with 12 plants. Overkill?

First off, I bought these lights as I plan to expand and get more than 12 plants going at once.

Is a 1000w MH and a 1000HPS on a 4x8 ft table with full ventilation, intake exhaust monitoring temp at 75degrees consitently and 30% humidity overkill?

I heard the more lights the better as long as you can expell the heat. Does this hold true with my setup?
