Netting system for Setiva/tall plants??

Guys:

I have 6 setiva plants going and 3 of them are 30" tall at 2 weeks into flowering. Using LED lights (90w and 126w) if that matters.

Question is should I setup netting system or just use single wooden dowels? If you guys have pictures to share that would help me out.

I'd use a dowel for the cola and individual strings tied to the cieling for the other buds, too late IMHO for setting up a net but I don't really have much experience.
