High there BEB, Howzit?
I'm willing to bet that your PH is quite high thanks to the untreated Hydrotron.
Rockwool? same problem.
But mostly, it's the distilled water that's killin' ya.
Without some mineral content, it will literally, suck the life out of your plants.
Bring it to 250 ppm. with CalMag, then add enough GH to bring it to 600ppm.
That should put your PH in the right neighborhood.
You might be able to salvage something, but at this point, I'd start over and treat the Hydrotron and the Rockwool first.
If yours came sans directions, simply soak them in water with a PH of about 5.0 for a few days, then rinse very well.
(The conditioning will release more of that red dust from the clay pellets.)
Maybe only one cent worth, but, might help buy some thumb paint.:greenthumb:

Hey!
Thank you so much for your reply!!!
I don't believe it would be the rockwool, I had bought the clones in the rockwool and they were doing great until I overwatered them, opps! But I believe that must have been treated.
As for the hydroton I made sure I washed very well in water with ph 7.0. So a solution with a ph 5.0 would be better?
I havent been working with distilled water the whole time. I was using the water from my house, but its hard water and I suspected that there is something in the water that could be killing them, so i went with a water that I know exactly whats in it, but that didn't help either!
Since I have started using the distilled water I have been using the GH formula. What exactly does calmag do? I thought the GH had cal and mg in it?
I am about ready to give up on these plants and start over!!! Its so frustrating.
Thanks for any and all help!
