Will a positive drug test get her in more trouble?

A friend of mine and I are considering applying for a job at a packing company for the season. The only problem is- they do drug testing when considering employment. My question is, if I fail, can I get arrested for it? Is it even legal for employers to turn drug test results over to the police? Her problem is more serious. She was recently caught underage drinking and is currently doing some kind of diversion program. If she fails the test, is it possible that it could get her in even more trouble? Thanks for any help!

They shouldn't tell the police but it may be noted some where on a system and other employers may avoid employing you. If you are caught with drugs and consume them before the cops get them they are powerless and cant arrest you, many drug dealers do this is the police pull up on them, so nothing should happen even if they do tell the cops because you have already taken it. Just mty view but i could be wrong, hope it helps.

Your still in possession of the narcotics even if you consume them. And they can and will charge you with possession if they know you have consumed them.

No legal repurcussions to fail a test. If you're dirty I would suggest subbing with synthetic urine.
