Soil and transplanting - Just the FAQs sir
Thanks for that I did catch that post.
I got some time to research and it looks like I use the same soil all the way through the grow. I had it in my head there were different types. From what I read it says don't use dirt from yard or you will have to bake it first then re nute so yeah.. lol Here's somethings I think I might try.
High grade potting soil
Add vermiculite, pearlite or sand to soil to increase the drainage and aeration. Mix them in equal parts and fill up the container to the top. Don't use any that have clay.
Oh and transplanting causes stress and in days old plants will kill them probably from what I found. In weeks plus do it all you want but it will stress the plant each time. Oh unless you do the stressless but eventually your planter would be a tub.
LAmike Reviewed by LAmike on . Soil and transplanting - Just the FAQs sir I know this is asked and answered a lot. Just if anyone cares to help me out that would be terrific. 1. What soil to use 1-3 weeks, 2nd transplant and final transplant. 2. Can I transplant at anytime, like 2 week plants that I used wrong dirt? 3. How do you use Rapid Rooter? Just stick a seed in it with a tupper ware dish? Thanks in advance, Mike Rating: 5
