hey guys well heres the deal.
i have a medical coming up and i pretty sure they are gonna do a drug test in it. a urine one. i quit smoking like 28 days back. before then i was smoking like everyday for 6 months or sumthing like that. well i bought some urine dipstick tests. and yesterday i tested myself and i was positive. i have been working out about 4-5 times a week and today tried something different, which was that i didnt eat after waking up. just drank about 2.4 liters of water and then went to the gym and ran till i couldnt run anymore. came back and did the test again and got two faint red lines. now i was wondering if this actually works or is my mind playing tricks on me?yesterdays test was a clear positive. and todays was two faint red lines which means negative. anyway was wondering how long do u think i will have to go on not smoking to be totally sure of passing the test? and is there anything more i can do to speeden this up? i dont wanna risk using one of those synthetic urine things and neither can i afford one. i am about 5 feet 9 inches weigh 62kg and have a bmi of about 19% which i heard is average. and i dont wanna use any detox products cause i heard they are just a scam anyway. PLEASE HELP FAST!!

Drinking that 2.4 liters of water probably diluted you enough to pass the test. Your on the right track with the exercise... Add some soluble fiber to your diet and it will help you to shed some of that thc through you colon. The dilution sticky at the top of the forum has all the information you need to prepare you for the test.
