Youve screwed up by loading on creatine on the day of the U/A.

It takes 2 days for creatine to metabolize into creatinine. So any creatine loading should be done 3 days before the U/A.

If you were exercising 0-3 days before your U/A. then youve screwed up there as well. THC is stored in the fat cells. Exercise burns fat cells which releases THCA into the bloodstream and end up in the urine. 3 days before the U/A, you want to put your body in "storage" mode. Stop all exercise and be lazy as possible so you dont release a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream which ends up in the urine on the day of the U/A.
