It was principally because of those claims that I spent $200 on an HerbalAire, and the same amount of pot I used to burn in a pipe gets me only about 2/3s as high. First I hit it at 280f, then 330f, then 370f then full 400f. In the videos of dudes using HerbalAires or Volcanoes on YouTube, there's TONS of vapor - but when I do it there's nearly none. I think there's problems here. Mechanical? Is the HerbalAire just a bad model? Rating: 5

The herbalAire has worked fine for me. You'll always get the most vapor in your first bag, no matter how much you load.

The part of the high you're missing with vapor, vs. smoke, is mostly the toxic by-products of smoke. Everyone thinks the smoke 'high' is just cannabis. It's not. It's also carbon monoxide, benzene, hydrogen cyanide, toluene, etc. If you really want to include the toxic effects in your high, you'll need to smoke.

May Easy Vape works great. I use about 1/3 of the weed i used to smoke out of a bong. More high, more efficient, and less money spent!

the ha is a great vape, many people are very happy with theirs. one of the things that people look over while vaping, is that vaping shwag just doesnt work. to get the most out of your vape you need to splurge and buy the top grade stuff.

also for me, i found that there was an adjusting period where i had to adjust to the differant spectrum of chemicals. it took me about a week of strictly vaping before i noticed my usage curving down. but once adjusted i get way more high then if i smoked. after vaping for so long, smoking just tastes bad and just makes me tired instead of high.

also hold your breath longer with the vape hits as they take a little longer to fully absorb.

I use an easy vape knock off, and it works just fine. A tip that works well for me is to moisten up your bud a little bit before you vape it. If you put a piece of orange peel in your bag (or preferably your locking speghetti jar) it will keep it damp so that the vapors comes out nicely...also adding a fantastic taste to your inhale.

The only downside is it makes grinding your bud nearly impossible, so grind up a g, put a quarter sized peel in the bag for a couple hours (time of saturation is dependent upon how much weed you have in your bag) so that way its pre-ground up for instant use.

Oh yea, and if you are feeling adventuous, try a grapefruit peel. Its a zinger for sure, veryyyy tastey. Orange crush+moist grapefruit vapors=amazing time!

have you ever tried placing a small peice of peel in your wand while you vape? i've done this with an orange peel with great success, i find it gives the vapor a nice amount of moisture, and gives it a very flavorful taste. i find that weed vapes better when its well cured and properly dried. too dry you loose flavor but get huge hits, too moise, i find it takes longer to get all the vapor out, as you have to vape the water first.

I think I know what you mean, and I think it's because the smoking itself provided something to the experience that vaporizing doesn't. I remember smoking, and one or two puffs from a joint would set off a coughing spell that would leave me gasping and saying, "Wow, this is good stuff. I'm baked." But I was simply stunned by the poisonous components that smoke contains.

I have not tried the Herbalaire. I've tried the Da Buddha and the Vapor Genie. Of the two, I think the Vapor Genie more closely mimicks the smoking experience.

Well Lwein123 you are on the Mark

I should Mention that I was directed to a very efficient vape by Lwein123 way back in January called the Purple days. And have found similar styled vapes called the woodeez and the myrtlezap. and all 3 look like a soda can sized rounded piece of wood. But my point is with these types of vapes while they look alike there are are a few differences. First up is the myrtlezap (which I think was the first of this style) my only objection to it was the brass used in its heatsink. Then I think tom liked the myrtlezap so much he made his own and called it purple days but used stainless steel parts for the heat exchanger and then the purpledays was the hot ticket vape to get but the problem was they had a 3 month waiting list they got so backordered. And then there was the woodeez a purpledays knockoff and no waiting list. So my choice was easy I wanted a Purpledays but didnt want to wait months.
And then tom is offering pandora kits which is an unassembled purple days. Hey Im handy and figured I could assemble no prob but i asked for a custom order kit with a purple leather bottom and was told by his wife no prob I was even looking into other stuff he sold and was waitng for her to send me an invoice to pay. She said she would send later that night as they were busy it being monday i gather. tuesday by noon my time i still havent recieved the invoice and sent an email out as a reminder but tom shoots back no vape for you I apparently upset his wife and he blocked me from further contact. So i ordered a woodeez and have been using it for 2-3 months and I love it.

With this style vape what i would normally use in a month smoked lasts nearly 3 months in the vape and an added bonus is i got leftover Already Been Vaped (ABV) herb that i saved and tried an extraction technique and found some potency left in that ABV and was very impressed with the effect.

I renamed my combustion bong The Hot Bong Time Machine.

And of course i just got done watching the hot tub time machine.
