Well, seeing as we have TONS of info to go off of, your doing amazing. On a more factual standpoint, for that thing to be a few weeks old, is horrible. The soil does look high quality, but far too damp. Also, when using soil, have about a 30-70 ratio of perlite to soil. Personally, I like more of a 50-50. For lighting, I'd say that's why the thing is so small, you need about 5,000 lumens per sq.ft. I'd recommend using CFL's and around 6 of them, 23w. 5500-6500k for veg, 2400 for flowering. You need good ventilation, and a fan blowing on the little one to fatten up that stem. Also, read these forums.

thanks yah i havent been putting a fan on it. i just did.
i put it quite a distance away because its pretty strong but there is a slight breeze in the room now.
as for the lighting im using a 14w light bulb for now i have to go out and buy some stronger ones- . i just switched to a 18w is that ok?
and also the bulb is bluer than the 14 w
check out the pics

The bluer is better, when u buy lights they will be labeled daylight, cool white, and soft white(maybe warm light depending on brand). You want the daylight ones due to the fact your in the vegetative stage. But for one plant, Id get a minimum of 2 30w but if you can get more, its better.

I hope your plants take a turn for the better man, honestly they are about the size of a 3 day old seedling right now but with more light and possibly some fertilizer they should be able to explode in growth still.
