Hi!

I've had to aromatherapy like three times more aroma than i normally therapy to get as therapied as i usually get
The contents of the bag turn slightly gray like a spiderweb lost in a sudden gust but there is absolutely no visible vapor.

I've tried 325f to 400f. Tried a little aroma, tried a lot of aroma. Tried whole aroma and tried ground. Tried bag and tried directly.

If I burn this aroma I want to aromatherapy like incense, it therapies me just great. not so in this $240 vaporizer. :P

so if nobody has any ideas i'll send it back tomorrow

I FORGOT TO MENTION: the herbalaire turns the aroma plant to the brown color of a thanksgiving turkey's neck after it has been cooked

I'm having troubles following what you're saying, but from what i can gather... you've tried different temperatures with your herbalaire vaporizer. On either setting you're not getting the desired effects. Your desired effects though are that of what you would get from incense?
I'm not sure i follow. You fill the bag but all you see is a darkish spiderweb cloud??? Isn't that what vapor is? The material turns a darkish brown and amber because it's being vaporized.. it's supposed to look this colour.

I know lots of people that are very happy with their herbalaire's however, if you feel the need to try and get your money back.. that's all you.

Bob my friend,

i will clarify:

no vapor.
weak high; feels wasteful.
air's moving, leaf's browning, but nothing much is happening - at any temp.

the other details which I gave are not necessarily problems, but statements of fact accompanying my problems for the sake of thoroughness.

If your remains are medium brown, then you're getting the proper heat.

That makes no sense. If you're getting "contents" in your bag, it's vapor. If you think that vapor is as visible as smoke, you're wrong. A lot of the time you need to exhale in the proper lighting to see exhaled vapor.

As for not getting as high with vapor, vs. smoke, I responded to that aspect in your other thread about efficiency.
