People r just sooooo misinformed about what to eat. Like the dairy companies are all touting the 3 servings of dairy a day can help you lose more weight than cutting calories alone, which by the way I read the study and the group of people only lost like a couple of pounds more over an entire year(they leave that part out). But anyways, they think, oh I have to eat more dairy, and they buy crap like yoplait yogurt which can have has many grams of sugar as a can of coke. Yeah, you're really gonna lose weight that way.
