First grow. Looking for advice

Im not really following i guess. Can you go into greater detail? i dont get the mount on each wall thing. Visuals usually help me most :P

I was just thinking if you mount one of those fixtures on each wall, then use a light called ''hook light'' for the top lighting would be perfect. A hook light is something that is used as a work light, but you can put a splitter in it that can take 2 bulbs, well if you put a splitter in each socket, then the light will be able to use 4 lights. Get it? If you look in my log in here there are pics that would help. I used 3 for 4 plants and just harvested about 2oz's. cfl's work well IMO.

Ohh i see what your saying. But unfortunally there is only 1 wall, the otherside is closet doors. Plus if mounted 2 of those fixtures in the closet along with hanging cfl's from the top that would be over 50 cfl bulbs lol. It would be killer thou if someone could get away with it.

idk one day someones house is gonna burn down from a overload im just wondering whos got enough stupitity and the money to run like 100 cfls too 200 how would it work i wonder ?? i know my plants would love that !!

Just gotta know what your doing when you are wiring and setting up. 100-200 cfls would cool too see but would cost too much for anyone to i think attempt it

Took some pictures of the lower side buds. little purp up in there. Thats what i like to see.

Well i wouldn't ever tell someone to invest in 50 cfl's. Hell it would be cheaper to get a 600hps cool tube. Well if you mounted half the light on the wall you have, then hang the hook light above, you could just turn the plant each day. Its just that side lighting is important using cfls. After your plant gets up there, you will see the problem with side lighting. Yields are bigger when iv seen good side lighting when cfl's are used. I know i wish i had more, but thats for next grow. Ya. I plan on LSTing my next crop for that exact reason. That will help get my light as close as possible to all the buds and will also prevent me from having to to harvest the top half and then wait for the bottem to get done. Im going to start a few more plants then i expected as well. I figure i might as well pop a few into my backyard and top and fimm the hell out of them and see how big and bushy they can get. I have a feeling it is going to be a very enjoyable summmer. :smokin:

i secound that this summers gonna be great .....i got some gurilla in me that gonna show itself this year its gonna be a white xmas for sure .... my new years resolution was to grow more than last year and since i got a messly 4gram of my little mother last year (well besides the outdoor harvest) but i got a harvest comming up on the 28th but i think ill let it go till april to make sur ill have some 420 smoke

Second girl is really starting to grow her buds up and out. looking nice.

few pics of the girls.. the youngest one has become a beauty. lots of bud growth still to come on her too. Oldest bitch is taking forever to ripen up. Just keeps swelling and swelling leaves getting darker and darker. alot of new growth on the buds as well. Trichs are still 85% milky so ill just keep waiting
