Well it looks alright in the pics, could be overwatered, how often are you watering? That is soil right? Looks like you could use a bit more perlite in it but anyways, you only need to water when its dry, not ever day or you will "love them to death", unless they are rootbound, then they suck water right up, but yours look to small to be rootbound yet.

So in conclusion, how about some more info about what you got going on in that growbox(lights/soil/nutes/water ph/ventilation/etc), and hopefully we can get you on the right track, not that you look to far off
