A sneakatoke is a small pipe with a rubber mouthpiece, a large bowl, and a cap, which enables you to take hits without any smoke escaping the bowl, conserving weed, and lettin' you smoke with stealth. They fit in the cigarette lighter of your car, so if you get searched, the cop will probably think it's your lighter. I had a red one and a silver one. They're also called nipples and bullets, at least where I'm from.

i have one that fits in the end of a marks alot perminit marker, its realy kool, they dont have big chambers on them, but mine i driled out so i can get better hits, ill take a few pics latter

dont get one,, i had a red one but i just threw away the everything and just kept the cap to use on my other metal bowl,, they burn your lips and they get waaaayyyyy to hot

I have also heard of handmade one hitter sneakatokes being made out of a short section of dowel w/ a hole drilled through, and the hole @ one end being widened w/ a dremel tool. the apparatus is covered w/ paper. looks exactly like a ciggy. you can even color the bit near the mouth ugly yellow for that filtered look if you like.
