Too good to be true?
The shed is plastic, that im going to have to insulate some way and im intending to put mylar on the sides

At least it's not tin... is it in a location that is shaded from direct sunlight?

Yep, it has some good shape for most of the day. Im going to use ferny pads on the inside of the walls to insulate it, im putting white foam core on the ceiling and walls and the mylar on the floor.
