You need to make sure that the housing is securely attached, using fittings designed to carry the amount of weight. I have a similar light fixture that I use for vegetative growth (larger though and heavier, 400W) that is supported by a timber gantry. The light is firmly fixed and doesn't move up and down, I move the plants instead.

So do you think two different lights is the way to go? Possibly a 150watt sun system and then im not sure what other light i would get.
No, personally I use a Philips Son-T-Agro (400W, hps + extra blue) for veg and flowering, but I don't know anything about your set up so it is impossible for me to suggest anything to you.
