Yes it is legit. I actually bought a very similar hps system for about the same price at my local hyrdo store. If I were you though I spend little more money and upgrade the bulb. The lady at the hydro store told me it makes quite a difference.

I wouldnt have that thing delivered to the grow house though(and i like to pay in cash for the obvious marijuana growing supplies)

I don't think it's a digital ballast though. That would be why it's cheaper. I'll let you decide if you want to pay extra for a digital ballast. I did, I think they are worth it.

I wouldn't worry about sending it to your home or grow house. The purchase of Hydroponic supplies is perfectly legal in this country or else they wouldn't be selling it on Amazon in the first place.

I agree, there's many people that grow all sorts of plants not just marijuana. Just don't order the seeds and have them sent there, get a friend that's willing to have you ship a secret package to him(don't tell unless you want to let them in).

i never order seeds anywase. that seems way to risky. atleast till i get my mmj card. whats the diffrence between this and a digital ballist? i didnt know there was a diffrence
